Pedro Kastellorizos
Managing Director/CEO
Mr Kastellorizos has been a professional geologist with over 25 years’ experience in the exploration, mining and the corporate sectors. He has worked within senior technical and executive board positions within Australia and London, with vast experience in commodities such as precious metals, battery metals, base metals, uranium, molybdenum, tungsten and industrial minerals.
In 2009, Mr Kastellorizos was the founder of Genesis Resources Ltd (ASX: GES) along with other board positions including Eclipse Metals Ltd (ASX: EPM), Batavia Mining Ltd (ASX: BTV), Regency Mines plc (LON: RGM) and groups Exploration Manager for Tennant Creek Gold Ltd (ASX: TNG) and Thor Mining plc (AIM: THOR). Mr Kastellorizos has extensive experience in taking projects from grass roots exploration plays through to development and production. Mr Kastellorizos has played major roles in overseas project acquisitions, joint ventures, capital raisings and spear headed numerous successful joint ventures in public and private mineral exploration and mining companies.
Mr Kastellorizos has a Bachelor of Science Degree and is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (MAusIMM).
Peter Michael
Non-Executive Chairman
Peter has over 20 years experience in the property sector encompassing the arrangement and execution of commercial and residential property transactions, land development, construction and joint venture operations utilising an extensive network of contacts throughout Australia.
Peter is currently the Executive Director of a private age care business, a private property development business and a privately owned Real Estate Agency. Peter is also the Managing Director of a private investment firm, based in Subiaco, specialising in developing resource exploration companies. He is also a director of a not-for-profit group that specialises in delivering exercise programs for people with diabetes in WA and Vanuatu.
Phillip Hall
Non-Executive Director
Mr Hall is a qualified engineer with over 15 years’ experience developing resource and infrastructure projects across Australia and Asia. He brings diverse experience including project technical and commercial analysis, project strategy, infrastructure and civil contracting, project management and development. Specialising in risk and opportunity identification and management, he brings strong commercial skill and business acumen.
Warrick Hazeldine
Non-Executive Director
Mr Hazeldine has more than 20 years of capital markets experience from working with a range of ASX-listed companies on investor relations activities, predominately in the natural resources sector.
Mr Hazeldine is a Non-Executive Director of integrated graphite company Evion Group (ASX:EVG) and has held Chair roles with lithium and high purity alumina companies. He is a Council Member on the Curtin University Business and Law School and holds a range of advisory and Board positions with not-for-profit organisations including Surfing WA.
Warrick is a founding director of investor and corporate communications firm Purple (formerly Cannings Purple). He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Warrick holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University.
He is a winner of Business News’ 40 Under 40 award, which recognises the top 40 entrepreneurs in WA under the age of 40.
Mr Johnathon Busing
Company Secretary
Mr Busing is a chartered accountant with 11 years’ experience including financial reporting of ASX-listed companies, corporate compliance, corporate restructuring and taxation. Mr Busing specialises in advising ASX-listed companies on compliance, mergers and acquisitions, consulting and statutory accounting requirements. Mr Busing is currently the company secretary for several ASX-listed entities. He is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and holds a public practice certificate.
Mr Steven Wood
Exploration Manager
Mr Wood has been a professional geologist with over 25 years’ experience in the exploration. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
He has worked as an Exploration geologist at Wiluna Mines for over 9 years exploring for gold, nickel and base metals, for Agincourt Resources in Brazil as Project geologist, exploring the Para region of Brazil for gold and iron and he has also worked for the Territory Uranium Company exploring for gold, uranium and base metals. Steven was the Exploration manager for 5 years at Venturex Resources. At Venturex, the company explored for VMS base metals and gold. For the last seven years Steven has worked as a geological consultant for various companies exploring mainly for gold, base metals, and rare earths.
